Today (September 7, 2026), Dr. Kitti Rattanasombat, Acting Director of Walailak University Hospital, along with the executive team, department heads, and staff, welcomed the assessment committee from the Medical Technology Council. The visit marks the occasion of the Medical Laboratory Department undergoing its 1st Re-Laboratory Accreditation assessment for quality systems according to medical technology standards.
This assessment aims to evaluate the quality system and the suitability of the medical laboratory’s services to ensure compliance with professional standards, as well as to promote the continuous development of operational systems and service quality.
