Today, September 23, 2025, the management team of Walailak University Hospital, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavarut Puangsri, Acting Deputy Director, along with hospital executives and staff, welcomed the Regional Health Security Sub-committee (RHSS) of Region 11, Surat Thani.
The committee, led by Dr. Arak Wongworachart, Chairman of the sub-committee, visited the hospital to monitor its cardiovascular surgery services and to receive feedback on its operations within the National Health Security System. The meeting took place at the Huataparn Meeting Room, Chulabhorn Vejjavat Building.
During the meeting, the committee was given a presentation on the “Cardiovascular Disease Treatment Services” by Dr. Somchai Waikittipong, a cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon.
At the conclusion of the visit, the committee presented a certificate to the hospital and toured the service areas.
