On May 13, 2025, the Medical Laboratory Department of Walailak University Hospital underwent its annual internal audit as part of the laboratory quality management system (Internal Audit) for the fiscal year 2025. The audit was conducted by the Nakhon Si Thammarat Laboratory Network to evaluate the quality system and service appropriateness of the medical technology laboratory, ensuring alignment with medical technology standards and promoting the continuous improvement of service quality.
