Navamindradhiraj University There were more than 250 participants from various institutions, including founding members, associate members and associate hospitals. Held between 2 \u2013 3 February 2023 at The Royal River Hotel, Bang Phlat, Bangkok. In the event, there were special lectures, discussions, small group meetings. The key contents of this meeting, under the theme of Smart City and Innovative Healthcare Quality, consisted of directions and policies on Urban Health Resilience, driving the organization with the criteria of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) and A new alternative to move forward with the telemedicine service system (Telemedicine) by qualified speakers sharing experiences with the participants.
